1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "13jili" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 13jili.cam, including all games, features, services, and tools offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" refers to any individual who has registered a 13jili account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created upon completing the 13jili registration process.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's 13jili account, excluding any bonus funds unless expressly stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash value awarded to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process mandated by applicable anti-money laundering regulations, requiring Players to submit valid government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals above set thresholds are processed.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body governing gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Law" refers to the laws, regulations, rules, and guidelines of the Republic of the Philippines that are applicable to the Platform's operations and to the Player's use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Participation in real-money gaming on 13jili is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and throughout their use of the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and is imposed by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

13jili reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with the age requirement, 13jili will immediately suspend or permanently close the account and return any verified deposited funds (net of any pending withdrawals) to the confirmed payment source.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Access to 13jili is intended for players located in jurisdictions where online casino gaming is permitted by applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of 13jili is lawful in their jurisdiction. 13jili makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all locations.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register a 13jili account, a Player must provide accurate, complete, and current information including their full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Players must notify 13jili promptly of any changes to their registered information.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 13jili account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or via proxy — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any bonus balances.

3. Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of their 13jili login credentials, including their password and any OTP codes. 13jili will never contact Players to ask for their password, OTP, or account PIN through any channel — email, SMS, phone, or live chat. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 13jili support immediately.

Players must notify 13jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their account. 13jili is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a Player sharing their credentials with third parties, failing to secure their device, or failing to report unauthorized access promptly.

3.2 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant when there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administration fee charged against any remaining balance, as permissible under Applicable Law, following advance written notice to the Player's registered email address. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact 13jili customer support.

3.3 Account Closure

Players may close their 13jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's confirmed payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

13jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, and Metrobank Online Transfer. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at 13jili's discretion.

4.2 Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to the Player's 13jili wallet immediately upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit screen at the time of transaction.

13jili does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Deposits found to originate from third-party accounts will be returned and the Player's account reviewed for compliance.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Under normal operating conditions, GCash and Maya withdrawals are completed within 5 to 30 minutes from the time the request is approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, wherever technically feasible, as part of 13jili's AML compliance framework. Requests to withdraw to a different payment account require identity re-verification and may take longer to process.

13jili reserves the right to delay, review, or decline withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold and the reasons for it in accordance with obligations under Applicable Law.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 13jili are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Amounts displayed on the Platform reflect PHP values. 13jili is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by a Player's financial institution on their end.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 13jili are subject to wagering requirements and game eligibility restrictions that are disclosed in the terms specific to each promotion. Players must read the individual promotion terms before accepting any bonus. Accepting a bonus constitutes acceptance of its associated terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, the 13jili default wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each qualifying wager. Live dealer table games, bingo, and sports betting may contribute at reduced rates as specified in the promotion terms. Playing prohibited game categories while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

13jili operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include — but are not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using arbitrage strategies designed to guarantee a profit through bonus play, and collusion between players to unlock bonuses improperly. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

6. Gameplay & Fair Use

6.1 Game Integrity

All game outcomes on 13jili are generated by certified RNG systems that have been tested and approved by independent third-party auditing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published as certified and reflect long-run theoretical averages, not guaranteed outcomes over any individual session.

6.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity disruption that affects a game in progress, 13jili will make reasonable efforts to determine the game state at the time of the malfunction and restore the Player's position where technically possible. Winnings arising from an obvious error, system malfunction, or erroneous display of game data are void. 13jili's decision in matters of technical disputes is final, subject to formal dispute resolution procedures.

6.3 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets are offered subject to availability and 13jili's sportsbook terms, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. 13jili reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets differently from displayed prices where there is evidence of a pricing error, irregular betting patterns, or outcomes affected by events outside the sporting contest itself. Pre-match and in-play odds are subject to change before bets are confirmed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 13jili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to play games or interact with the Platform in a manner not approved by 13jili.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, multiplayer table games, and sports betting syndication.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any such vulnerability must be reported to 13jili support immediately upon discovery.
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Registering as, or playing on behalf of, a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after having received gaming services for the relevant deposited funds.
• Engaging in any conduct that is threatening, abusive, or harassing toward 13jili staff or other players.

8. Responsible Gaming

13jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account settings without requiring contact with customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when increased restrictions are applied.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming result.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 7 days to 6 months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Permanent Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account with immediate effect. This cannot be reversed and 13jili will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 13jili Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, trademarks, trade names, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of 13jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit copying, reverse engineering, decompiling, reproducing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content. Any unauthorized use of 13jili's intellectual property will result in immediate account suspension and may expose the Player to civil and criminal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 13jili's total liability to any Player for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Player's wallet at the time the claim arises.

13jili shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings; (b) any loss of data or goodwill; (c) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform; or (d) losses arising from circumstances beyond 13jili's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory action.

Nothing in these Terms limits 13jili's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

13jili collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. The full details of how 13jili handles your personal data are set out in the 13jili Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering a 13jili account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC purposes, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and marketing communications (where separately consented to).

12. Amendments to These Terms

13jili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Players who do not accept the amended Terms must close their account before the effective date of the changes and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance. The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall apply to that dispute.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including questions about their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to 13jili's customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Players may also refer complaints related to gaming conduct to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. 13jili cooperates fully with PAGCOR oversight and regulatory inquiries.
